Natasha is a school based Speech-Language Pathologist with the Newfoundland and Labrador English School District. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Memorial University of Newfoundland and a Master of Science (Applied) in Speech-Language Pathology at McGill University. Natasha went into speech-language pathology because she wanted a career that would tie together her love of Psychology and Linguistics, while helping people in a positive and meaningful way. She has clinical experience treating communication disorders in the areas of language, articulation, phonology, and fluency. Natasha’s primary areas of interest include Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and literacy. Currently, she is completing a Master of Arts in Literacy Education through Mount Saint Vincent University.
Natasha has been a volunteer with NLASLPA since 2016. As Past-President, she enjoys supporting Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists to connect with one another and advocate for the professions. Natasha also sits on the Pan-Canadian Alliance as NLASLPA’s representative.
