Kimberlyn is a registered Speech-Language Pathologist currently working with the Newfoundland and Labrador English School District during the school year and also a casual employee of Eastern Health during the summer months. She completed her Bachelor of Arts at Memorial University of Newfoundland and continued her journey to complete her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology at Western Illinois University. Upon graduation, she completed her clinical fellowship year and was awarded her Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC’s) with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
Kimberlyn loves the variety that Speech-Language Pathology’s scope of practice offers and enjoys the opportunity to work with all individuals across the lifespan. Her primary areas of interest include Augmentative and Alternative Communication, Autism, and Swallowing Disorders.
Kimberlyn is excited to be a part of the NLASLPA executive team as she recognizes the importance to advocate for the professions of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists, as well as, to connect with other clinicians across Newfoundland and Labrador.
