Terri is a registered, dually certified, Speech-Language Pathologist employed with NL Health Services at the James Paton Memorial Regional Health Centre in Gander. Terri completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics/Psychology from Memorial University after which she obtained her Master of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Western Illinois University. Terri began her career working with the Newfoundland & Labrador English School District for several years before transitioning to NL Health Services (Central Health legacy board) in 2014. Terri’s professional interests include augmentative and alternative communication, autism spectrum disorder, and voice disorders. Terri is excited to join the NLASLPA executive to encourage stronger connections within the organization and to support and advocate for the speech language pathologists and audiologists working in our province.
